Yamato Transport will hold your package at the nearest sales office for 7 days, including the day the initial absence notice was delivered.
If you receive an absence notice, please request redelivery as soon as possible. Please be sure to receive your item.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your package within the storage period, the item will be returned to our store.
If the item is returned due to reasons such as expiration of the storage period, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping, handling fees, packaging materials, etc., and your order will be canceled.

*Even for items that meet the free shipping conditions, we actually bear the shipping cost, so we will charge you the actual cost.
■Regarding refusal to accept cash-on-delivery items, etc.
If you decline or refuse to accept a cash-on-delivery item, the item will be returned to our store.
If you refuse to accept the item, in addition to shipping and cash-on-delivery fees, the cost of packaging materials, and personnel costs for packaging and shipping procedures will become a loss for the store.
Therefore, if an item is returned due to refusal to accept or other reasons without a legitimate cause, we will charge you for round-trip shipping, cash-on-delivery fees, packaging materials, etc., and your order will be canceled.

If an order is canceled after shipment due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, round-trip shipping charges will be incurred.
Even for items with free shipping, we still incur shipping costs paid to the shipping company. In this case, we will charge you the sum of the round-trip shipping costs and various handling fees.

In mail order, placing an order is considered an intention to purchase and pay for the item, establishing a mail order contract and creating sales and purchase responsibilities for both parties.
If you fail to pay the shipping fees, handling fees, etc. incurred due to refusal to accept cash-on-delivery items or long-term absence, we may take legal action.
